Some projects remain earthbound; others carry a quiet sense of celestial exploration. Our work with CPASE, a wellness club defined by intention and understated lunar cues, belongs to the
latter.
Conceived as a dining environment where wellness, clarity and craft converge, the new restaurant and bar required a design language that felt calm, elevated and quietly aligned with its celestial theme. Style Matters were invited to shape that language through one of the most expressive elements of the interior: the seating.
Developed as a sanctuary where health, hospitality and design meet, CPASE’s new restaurant required an interior language that felt intentional, tonal and quietly aligned with its celestial theme.
Fresh from our collaboration with April’s Kitchen at Booths Park, a space celebrated for its vibrant energy, playful character and signature pink palette, we were invited to bring the same level of craftsmanship and design intelligence to April’s at CPASE’s new health‑focused dining space. Where April’s is expressive, spirited and full of personality, CPASE takes a more refined, atmospheric approach: calm, tonal, yet still rich with charisma. Here, the story is guided by a subtle space narrative, expressed through the Fantasia Velvet Celestial upholstery that threads a gentle cosmic shimmer through the room.
Every piece created for CPASE was handcrafted in our Cheshire workshop, where traditional upholstery techniques meet the precision of modern making.
The Camelia Collection became the natural foundation for the dining space. Almost every chair selected came from this signature family- chosen for its refined silhouette, supportive proportions and the quiet confidence it brings to a room. Upholstered in fabrics that subtly reference the space theme through soft iridescence and tonal depth, the Camelia chairs introduce a sense of calm that feels both grounded and gently otherworldly.
Where the dining area embraces lightness and clarity, the bar space introduces a more dramatic focal point. Here, the Prodigieux bar stool takes centre stage- a sculptural, statement piece that anchors the room with its poised form and elevated presence. Together, the Camelia Collection and Prodigieux create a dialogue between comfort and character, softness and structure. They reflect CPASE’s philosophy of wellness not as an aesthetic, but as an experience- one shaped by intention, materiality and the way a space makes you feel.
In a wellness environment, comfort is integral to guests relaxing after a game of padel or a session in the cryo conditioning chamber. The seating at CPASE was designed to enhance the guest experience through supportive silhouettes, refined detailing and materials chosen for longevity- ensuring every moment of rest feels as considered as the space itself. As CPASE opens its doors to a new era of wellness dining, we are proud to know our craftsmanship forms the foundation of the experience.
